Prospectus consists of five videos projected on to five furniture with integrated sound. The furniture are being placed in different areas in the room.
The composition of this work serves as a walking 14-minute performance, which runs in a loop. During the performance the light and volume varies and changes the focus between the five furniture. The attention of the audience is led through the various works in the performance and creates a narrative. Videos are projected onto the objects, so that the objects are shown both by projection and in reality, which makes one wonder what is projected and what is physically present in the room. The combination of furniture and other domestic objects gives associations to a homely environment with an uncanny feeling.
